Task 3.3
The metaphor gave a mysterious feeling to the writing. It made the writing feel almost poem-like. The description was not very direct, so I had to use my imagination, but it was a more effective way to "show" the readers what the man was like, because the metaphor also gives the sense of how the man made the writer feel. In the same context, this writing made me feel tranquil, silent, maybe a little bored, but somewhat nostalgic.

My father is a wild goose.
My cousin is a butterfly.
